Francis Scott Key Family Resort - Resort Policies For your convenience, a copy of guest rules and regulations: - Only our indoor swimming pool is lifeguarded. Please be mindful of posted rules at all pools. The Francis Scott Key Family Resort can not be held responsible for pool safety.
- All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in any guest room. You will be charged if smoking is evident in your room. There are designated areas throughout the property that you may smoke.
- Guest wristbands are required. Each guest must wear the wristband given to them upon arrival while using our guest amenities. Lost or stolen wristbands will result in a $10.00 replacement fee. This is not refundable if they are found or unused at the end of your stay.
- If outgoing calls from your guest room exceeds $10.00, we will ask for payment and your phone will be turned off until payment is rendered.
- If any malicious damages are done to your room, a charge will result. If destruction to the room and property is evident & intentional, you may be prosecuted to the furthest extent of the law.
- No Refunds Issued after check-in for any reason.
- No Pets Allowed. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found in your room, we will ask you to leave immediately. You will not receive a refund.
- The Francis Scott Key Family Resort has a strict “ZERO TOLERANCE” noise policy. We consider “family wind down time” to be around 11:00pm. Excessive noise may result in additional charges if it becomes necessary to compensate other guests as a result of non-compliance with our quiet hours. In addition, following a noise complaint, you and any guests in your room may be asked to leave immediately. You will not receive a refund.
- If you cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be charged a $5.00 administrative fee, even inside our outside of our cancellation policy.
- Our liquor license prevents open containers of alcohol to be brought into the restaurant and pool bar where alcohol is served. Please be respectful of this policy.
- All property “common areas” are monitored with video surveillance equipment 24 hours a day.
- We are unable to give out your room number to anyone that inquires. This is designed to protect you. We thank you for understanding and adhering to these policies.
